Medical Gamma Probe Systems
Crystal Probe -automatic- (SG04)
Our new gamma probe system Crystal Probe -automatic- sets standards in capability, versatility and user-friendliness.
The automation of the control unit SG04 provides a straightforward operation in combination with the highest reliability. Especially developed for the intra-operative localisation of radioactive enrichments in the body (e.g. Sentinel Lymph Node Ectomy - SLNE in Melanoma or Breast Cancer), Crystal Probe -automatic- allows highly precise and efficient radioguided surgery.

Handheld Gamma Camera: CrystalCam
Explore the possibilities of modern molecular imaging! CrystalCam is a portable gamma camera for accurate realtime visualization and localization of radioactive markers. Being small and lightweight it fits in the palm of your hand. So it is directly applicable on the patient before, during and after surgery.
Characterized by extremely fast imaging capabilities, CrystalCam visualizes the location of sentinel lymph nodes as quickly and accurately as the extension of tumors. And after the surgery CrystalCam allows you to verify the complete removal of the tumor or lymph nodes. Therefore it is perfectly suited to be used in modern medical applications like SLNE, ROLL and SNOLL.
(Currently not available as a medical device in Europe.)
3D-Extendability of our Gamma Probes
Our partner in munich: the company SurgicEYE GmbH has developed a 3D-visualisation application for use with our Gamma Probe System: declipseSPECT

Monitoring Detectors
The ß-, y- and X-ray detectors of our series CXM (Crystal X-ray Monitor) has a great variety of applications in X-ray technology and the ß- and y-ray detection. Examples are the stochastic and continuous x-ray control, direct and indirect dose rate measurements, absorption measurements technology. The detector types cover the whole energy range from 5 keV to about 2 MeV, but the detection of higher energies above 2 MeV is also possible.
Spectroscopic Detectors
Radiation sensors of series CXS-S are used for de-tecting ß-, y- and X-rays. They are operating in the spectroscopy as well as in counting mode for intensity monitoring.
The large number of available sensor-heads, allow the entire energy range from 2 keV to several MeV to be detected. The devices can be used in X-ray fluorescence analytic, in X-ray-diffractometry, at HPLC-systems, in the traditional absorption measuring technology, at contamination measure-ments, in medicine and radiation protection.
